For more than two decades, I’ve led organizations through their toughest moments: financial uncertainty, leadership transitions, workforce shifts, technological disruption, and rising expectations from the communities they serve.
My work spans higher education, government, public health, and human services. Along the way, I’ve secured and stewarded more than $300 million in resources, rebuilt talent and learning systems serving 4,600 employees across 23 departments, and, as President and CEO, led a graduate institution through a turnaround in two years.
Those experiences taught me that lasting change depends on how an institution is designed: how people work together, how decisions are made, and how resources are deployed. Today, I bring that experience to boards and executive teams preparing for what comes next.

It began on my grandmother’s verandah in Jamaica. As a quilter, she taught me that every thread carries tension, and no piece is too broken to become part of something coherent and whole.
